Triumph Living Communities is a nonprofit organization created to bridge gaps within the system. Many children with ASD are falling through the cracks in the foster care systems across the country. The solutions available to some of the most vulnerable foster children, adolescents, and adults are few and far between, Many of the professionals working with this community have no experience with ASD, are undertrained, and have limited understanding regarding the myriad needs of ASD individuals.
Triumph Living Communities provides a permanent solution for ASD foster youth and other high acuity ASD community members in need of a home. Our mission is to provide 24/7 care paired with a personalized program for lifelong-learning, behavioral support, and improved mental health.
